Very entertaining piece! You juxtaposed the ancient Greek theme with modern personalities and reactions perfectly, and the resultant absurdity was marvelous. I also very much enjoyed how I, as the reader, got shocked (pun not intended!) by the introduction of Zeus early on and then slowly constructed the surreal scene of the mortal/demigod wedding from the dialogue. I loved the characterization of Alyssa as just another modern young woman, though obviously trained to be a warrior; it's amazing that Alyssa only says two lines and yet she's defined so well by just those two. I have a feeling that Andy is going to have a challenging life, due to both bride and father-in-law. (Oh, by the way, there are a couple of typos - the word "by" instead of "my" and a misspelling of "Zeus".)
